We ship to the entire USA, Canada, and all US Military addresses. We do not ship overseas except for US Military addresses.
All items are shipped via USPS, UPS or Federal Express unless otherwise indicated. All in stock items ship within 24 hours.
If your order ships via the post office (USPS), your tracking information will not be available until your order has been delivered. This is actually delivery confirmation information you are trying to access as the post office does not offer tracking
Domestic orders include all orders within the 50 United States & will ship via priority mail or ups ground unless other arrangements are made. Orders are sent with delivery confirmation guaranteed to the address provided. Accented Images is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. Signature confirmation is possible by request (simply type "signature confirmation" in the comment section of your order) and suggested for larger orders & orders to apartment buildings, businesses or unsecured areas. Lost package claims must be received within 30 days to ensure a postal investigation.
International orders (Canada)
will ship via US Post, and may require additional postage. In the event that more postage is required, we will notify you by email. Orders will not be charged or sent until confirmation of additional postage is received. International shipping is guaranteed as far as customs in the receiving country, unless arrangements are made for express shipping. Hempest.com cannot bear responsibility for customs or duties charges that some items may incur. Accented Images is not responsible for loss or theft of international packages after they reach customs in their destination country, unless arrangements are made for express shipping. Lost or damaged package claims must be received within 30 days to ensure a postal investigation.
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Orders placed with AccentedImages.com only include the cost of the item(s) and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.
If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday.
Wrong Product Shipped:
All orders are verified before they ship but if there is ever a problem please contact us immediately by email at Webmail@accentedimages.com or call us at 407 323-0469 within 24 hours. We will verify the mis-shipment and will re-send you the corrected product.
Since most products are “custom made” for your images, a determination is needed as to nature of the return. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We may require a photo and other details of the received product related as to cause for the return. Upon verification of complaint, Accented Images will first offer a replacement product at no additional cost.
Return authorization is required from Accented Images LLC. for any returned merchandise. Please contact Accented Images first for any item that you wish to return should the need arise.
Accented Images LLC reserves the right to deny return of any product. Any attempt to return without previous written approval will result in loss of your product and payment. Contact us by using your approval email within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise. Shipping, handling fees and rush fees are never refunded. Customer is always responsible for returning the product and the freight costs that are associated with the authorized return. Accented Images LLC reserves the right to charge "true" freight and handling fees on any return.
Xmas holidays Tips and info:
- Due to large volume during major gift giving holidays your delivery time may be delayed by a few days.
- Remember, it is wise to order early to ensure you get your item(s) on time!
- We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner, but remember that UPS can also run a bit behind during these peak times.
Customers who order too close to the Holiday may find their order arrives a few days after the Holiday. Once your order has shipped, we cannot be responsible for late deliveries. Late deliveries during the Holidays will not be entitled to free shipping or a refund in shipping costs.
